Change is Good and Necessary

About 6 months ago, I was living my life day to day doing the same thing over and over. Getting up, going to work, thinking about how I can make my business grow and take it to the next level. Then bam out of no where things starting changing at a rapid rate and will never be the same. Change is good. Instead of worrying about the next exciting case I was going to have in the ofiice, I started to worry if the morning sickness was going to stop long enough for me to drive the two minutes to work. Change is good.

Low Back Pain and Winter Activities

Simply walking outside in the freezing weather without layers of warm clothing can intensify older joint problems and cause a great deal of pain.  As muscles and blood vessels contract to conserve the body's heat, the blood supply to extremities is reduced.  This lowers the functional capacity of many muscles, particularly among the physically unfit.  Preparation for an outdoor winter activity, including conditioning the areas of the body that are most vulnerable, can help avoid injury and costly health care bills.
