"Re-inventing the Wheel" becomes a rarity and existing projects grow and mature rapidly into a well polished product available-to-anyone. Web Projects can gain a Head Start by building off of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS).

Alot of people have a website developed for them, put it on their business cards, and forget about it. This is a bad idea.

The website is the most important source of information on your business.

This website has been developed to meet two needs.

Part 1 -- Need 1: We need to have an easily accessible place to provide a strong source of information about our chapter.
