I've been Really Busy lately. Lots of Service Calls: motherboard replacements, software troubleshooting, hard drive swaps, memory upgrades, wireless networking....

But who's calling? ..........The big boys!

For some reason, I thought that when these companies started offering computer services that they were in fact doing it themselves... But I'm doing it.... for my business and for theirs... and they get me on discount because it's continuous contract work, which is nice to have when things get slow.

But the customer is paying them a premium. I won't disclose prices, but you can easily find out very easily if you shop around (like Staples and Circuit City did when they found and hired me) and actually call local shops (like mine).
