www.QuabbinBNI.com -- a brief tour PART 1

This website has been developed to meet two needs.

Part 1 -- Need 1: We need to have an easily accessible place to provide a strong source of information about our chapter.

This is the site as seen by visitors. Upon visiting the site, you are provided with a look at our upcoming events, in the main content area, at times, and always in a block to the right. The block to the right also leads to a more indepth calendar view. Members are allowed to post their events to the calendar and can even sign up to be notified when new events and other content is posted.

Below the Events block are news articles from the main BNI website as well as blog postings from the founder of BNI. These articles are updated hourly.

On the other side of the page is a list of recent blog posts (like this one) by Members. The Blogs can be about anything but will typically relate is some way to the writers own business, products, and services.

 

 

At the top of the site's page is a general navigation bar which leads to even more info, including a gallery of photos of the Chapter's members and events. Members of the chapter who are willing to substitute for members who must be absent are listed in the sub list link. By following the member list link, one is led to each member's individual profile page, where each member can provide as much information about their business as they see fit. Members can easily login and keep their information up-to-date.
